Don't forget! Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday, November 1, 2026.
At 2:00 a.m., we'll turn our clocks BACK one hour, giving us an extra hour of sleep!
This annual time change is also a perfect reminder to take a few minutes to check some important home safety devices.

Smoke Detectors: Test your smoke alarms and replace batteries when needed. Working smoke alarms can provide valuable early warning in the event of a fire.
Carbon Monoxide Detectors: Test your carbon monoxide alarms and replace batteries as recommended by the manufacturer. Carbon monoxide is an invisible, odorless gas that can be extremely dangerous.
Check Expiration Dates: Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors don't last forever! Review the manufacturer's recommendations to determine when your alarms should be replaced.
Prepare for Heating Season: As temperatures drop and furnaces, fireplaces, and heating systems are used more frequently, make sure your heating equipment is properly maintained.
